Denmark has two main toll roads: the Øresund Bridge (between Denmark and Sweden) and the Storebælt Bridge (between the east and west of Denmark).
The Eurovignette is the tax paid by road users. Trucks with a maximum authorised weight of at least 12 tonnes must have the Eurovignette to use Danish highways.

Applicable toll systems

It is possible to buy a sticker for a specific time (for one day, one month, etc.).
To get one, go through an AGES terminal and enter the vehicle’s licence plate number, number of axles, etc. Then use the EUROTRAFIC card for the transaction. A receipt is printed: it will allow you to pass through the toll station (no document will be printed , such as a “real” sticker). The information is centralised in a database for each member State.
